Job summary

Confidential in Tilbury is seeking a Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to order processing. You will respond to customer inquiries, upsell, and coordinate with Finance and Warehouse to ensure accurate orders.

You will arrange face-to-face meetings in the showroom, build relationships with existing clients and drive new business from warm and cold leads. A proven track record in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business - warm and cold leads
• Answer all incoming calls for customers looking to place orders
• Upsell to current clients - offering promotions
• Arrange face to face meetings in their showroom to promote the product
• Account management (retain previous business)
• Liaise with other department ensuring the customers order is correct (finance, warehouse)
• Process all orders and send out relevant document
