Job summary

Noble Recruiting Limited is seeking a Sales Executive / Account Manager to drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to order processing. You will balance winning new business with nurturing existing clients in a fast-growing, family-run agency based in Wickford, Essex.

This role requires proactive outreach, showroom meetings, coordination with finance and warehouse, and a customer-centric approach to deliver promotions and accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business - warm and cold leads
• Answer all incoming calls for customers looking to place orders
• Upsell to current clients - offering promotions
• Arrange face 2 face meetings in their show room to promote the product
• Account management (retain previous business)
• Liaise with other department ensuring the customers order is correct (finance, warehouse)
• Process all orders and send out relevant document
