WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK to join our fast-growing network of branches. You will be the main contact for customers, conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, and close deals while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a full UK driving license and a proactive, independent work style. With a structured bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package, this full-time position includes 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift; weekend work is

Qualifications

• Current/fCC UK driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.

• Good administration and IT skills.
• Willing to transport vehicles when required.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operation; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• May transport vehicles to locations such as BCA sites.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBe able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
