Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in Edinburgh to support customers and drive branch performance. You will be the primary contact for customers, handle car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals with a strong service focus.

The role requires a 42.5-hour week on a rotating shift, including weekends, with a £22,200 base salary and generous bonus opportunities. Training will be provided to learn car knowledge and company processes.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and work with colleagues.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £22,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
