Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive in Galashiels to act as the main customer contact and drive branch performance. The role involves appraising cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotational shift, including weekends, with a generous bonus scheme and progression opportunities at a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to maintain workflow.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
