Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to join our UK team. This role involves working 42.5 hours per week on a rotating shift, including weekends, with a base salary of £28,200 and potential bonuses linked to company performance. You will be the main contact for customers, driving appointments, appraisals, and deals across multiple branches.

No car knowledge is required—we train you, and you’ll benefit from a strong bonus structure and career progression with a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is required.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone-working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive, you will be the main contact for customers and help run the branch smoothly.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements
