Lanova Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced team in the United Kingdom. You will develop new business, manage client relationships and support candidates throughout the recruitment process in a 360 role.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced and ambitious recruitment team.

Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

This is a target-driven role with weekly and monthly KPIs, offering excellent earning potential for someone who is ambitious, motivated and confident building strong relationships.

The Candidate

This opportunity would suit either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or someone with recruitment experience who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to develop their career.

You will ideally be:

Salary & Commission

£26,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

Typical OTE is approximately £40,000–£70,000+, depending on experience and performance, with significant earning potential for high performers.

Commission is paid monthly and is directly linked to the revenue you generate, meaning there is no cap on how much you can earn.
