Job summary

Nova Artes Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking a trainee or seasoned Recruitment Consultant for a full-time permanent role. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, drive conversations, and develop your recruitment career under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager.

The position offers a competitive basic salary (£22,000–£30,000) with a leading commission scheme and achievable OTE, plus flexible hours and home-working options.

Within your first 12-24 months. An average new hire will be earning £50K OTE plus.
