Sales Executive

We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to become the face of HPO Homes. As a Sales Executive, you'll be out in the field, helping households access free heating and insulation upgrades through the government-backed ECO4 scheme. This is your chance to make a genuine difference—supporting families to live in warmer, more energy-efficient homes at no cost to them.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting homes across your region to spread the word about the ECO4 scheme
  • Identifying eligible households and clearly explaining the incredible benefits
  • Supporting customers through a smooth and simple application process
  • Working closely with our internal teams to ensure top-quality service from start to finish
Benefits
  • Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
  • Typical earnings of up to £1900 per week
  • Additional weekly commission — paid fast and on time
