Here's the opportunity: our client has an established customer base, a category-leading product, and real appetite to expand - but they need a proven business development manager who can understand industry pain points, navigate complex, regulated buying environments and win where others struggle to break through. Someone who can walk into a room full of senior stakeholders and digital teams, build a business case that actually lands, and win deals by becoming the trusted advisor buyers turn to.
You'll be provided with a relatively even mix of accounts already sold into and those that are new prospects. Deals typically average £180k ARR, with sales cycles running 3-9 months.
