Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is the UK’s favourite car-buying service and we are growing FAST. We have over 500 branches and are opening more sites each month; we are looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executives.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding service. A current UK manual driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and manage branch operations as the main customer contact.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues.
• May transport purchased vehicles to various locations when needed.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet period s.

Requirements:

• • A current full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment

  • Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers

  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
