Auto Skills UK in Aldershot is recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join our established automotive dealership. The role offers a £25,000 basic salary with a realistic £45,000–£50,000 OTE and a company car included, enabling strong earnings potential within a professional sales environment.

You will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, build relationships, drive test drives, discuss finance options, and work towards personal and dealership targets while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Sales Executive within a franchised main dealership - essential.
• A proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, professional and customer-focused approach.
• A motivated target-driven attitude with a desire to maximise earnings.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers and understanding their vehicle requirements.
• Pro actively generating and following up sales enquiries.
• Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives.
• Explaining vehicle features, specifications and available options.
• Discussing finance packages and additional products in line with customer needs and relevant compliance requirements.
• Negotiating professionally to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and following up with prospective buyers.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Working towards individual and dealership sales targets.

Location: Aldershot

Salary: £25,000 Basic | £45,000 - £50,000 OTE

Benefits: Company Car Included

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 6:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. One early start per week at 8:00am, finishing at 6:00pm. Saturdays finish at 5:00pm, with one day off during the week.
