Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions Ltd. in Swindon is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with 8:30am–5:00pm hours and a salary dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, able to build lasting relationships, and comfortable using the telephone to contact leads. The position offers uncapped commission and strong earnings potential for high performers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally within a commercial environment.
• Must be comfortable using the telephone to contact leads.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to multi-task.
• Good influencing and negotiations skills.
• Ability to use a range of Microsoft packages to a competent standard.
