Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Weybridge is seeking an entry level Specialist for Sales Operations and Support to join the Sales Enablement Team within Sales Administration. You will handle trade and internal inquiries, maintain profiles in AS400, and prepare sales and pricing materials for internal and external use.

You will collaborate with the Royal and Celebrity brands, support events, and assist with trade inquiries across platforms while learning internal systems and processes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a sales support function.
• Industry experience in travel is a plus but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot trade partner issues across platforms.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
• Provide customer service support to enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EMEA Royal Sales Support inbox.
• Co-manage the dual branded inbox (Royal & Celebrity).
• Create and update Profiles in the AS400 internal system.
• Create sales and pricing guides for internal & external use.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Front/Sales Support Team.
• Assist in building and attending company events as required.
• Administer the Ship Visit process from invitation to FVR.
• Provide support on Cruise Power/Automation inbox and queries.
• Liaise with Call Centre on trade resolution enquiries.
• Provide Club Royal support for approvals, escalations and queries on accounts.
• Salesforce support for account updates.
• Invoice uploads for coop marketing.
