As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for equipping our global sales teams with the resources, and training necessary to succeed in selling our range of business solutions, including business messages, ads, and telco products. You will be a thought leader for Rakuten Viber, representing our mission and product offerings at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and more. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with senior leaders, regional teams, marketing, product, and customer success, ensuring our global enablement strategy is aligned and impactful. You will also play a key role in establishing our brand presence in the industry, sharing knowledge, and driving sales revenue on a global scale.

  • Develop and manage scalable sales enablement strategies that cater to global needs, while addressing regional differences. Align global strategies with overall business objectives and market expansion goals.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for sales teams ensuring they are equipped to sell effectively in their respective markets. Ensure training aligns with our global messaging, sales processes, and product positioning, while being adaptable to local market nuances.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create content ensuring the content resonates with diverse customer segments and supports our global brand messaging.
  • Work with sales leadership to optimize and standardize sales processes across our various product offerings, identifying and addressing inefficiencies to improve conversion rates, and sales cycles.
  • Represent Rakuten Viber at industry conferences, and elevate our brand presence and build relationships with key industry players.
  • Track and analyze sales performance across global teams, providing regular updates to leadership with actionable insights. Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and recommend adjustments based on regional sales data.
  • Partner with global product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure sales teams have the most up-to-date product information, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Foster strong feedback channels with global sales teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement in training, resources, or sales strategies. Continuously refine sales enablement tools and training programs based on real-world feedback from the field.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a global or tech/SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of business messaging solutions and the broader tech landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales enablement strategies that work across different regions.
  • Experience in speaking at industry conferences, webinars, or similar events. Comfortable representing the company and engaging with external audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with sales tools like CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and content management systems.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective sales training programs to diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess sales performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
