Founded by ex-computer scientists, physicists, and quants, Encord aims to develop better tools for training data preparation, addressing a critical bottleneck in AI development. We are growing rapidly and looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to join our team, taking ownership of our enablement strategy and building resources from scratch to connect our technical and commercial teams.

This role involves collaborating across departments to empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, helping them maximize the value of our product and engineering efforts.

About You

  • You have 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, creating impactful resources and processes.
  • You naturally identify knowledge gaps and create initiatives to address them.
  • You are thoughtful about how enablement is delivered, preferring targeted approaches over large meetings.
  • You can understand technical concepts deeply and translate them into clear value propositions.
  • You are highly organized and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You are ambitious, dedicated, and eager to grow faster than in a typical career path.
  • You have a track record of top performance in your previous environments.
