Qualifications

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Sales Enablement Specialist.

Job Duties:
  1. Partner with Sales Enablement Managers to execute, track, and improve existing or new enablement programs or initiatives, including the sales onboarding program.
  2. Manage the weekly & monthly logistics for the ongoing execution of the sales onboarding program, including correspondence, travel bookings, training logistics, roster updates, communication with sales leadership, handling time-sensitive details, and tracking metrics.
  3. Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment of new sales content and tools with corporate strategy, sales processes, and methodologies.
  4. Create content, resources, tools, sales communications, and training materials to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  5. Coordinate and evaluate sales kick-offs and ongoing training events.
  6. Assist in maintaining the sales enablement content portal.
  7. Support projects across Worldwide Field Sales working with the department director.
  8. Track employee motivation projects and identify best practices.
  9. Collaborate with WWFS sales enablement leader to monitor ongoing pipeline activities driven by enablement efforts.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. 1-2 years in a sales enablement role, preferably in software or enterprise sales.
  2. Strong attention to detail and proactive in identifying potential issues.
  3. Experience managing cross-functional projects successfully and on time.
  4. Experience developing sales enablement collateral.
  5. Enjoy working in a global, collaborative environment.
  6. Experience with sales enablement tools such as SalesHood, Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Highspot (desired).
