About the role

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales and marketing teams by optimizing processes, improving documentation, and supporting daily operations. You will ensure the team has the tools, insights, and materials needed to perform effectively, translating strategy into action and complexity into clarity. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about increasing efficiency, scalability, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, and email templates.
  • Manage the RFP response process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, accurate, and customized content.
  • Create and optimize sales presentations and proposals aligned with company value propositions and client needs.
  • Gather insights from sales and customer success teams to identify content gaps and develop resources accordingly.
  • Regularly audit and update sales materials for accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Client Development, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and timely content delivery.
  • Produce high-impact content supporting various stages of the buyer journey to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Lead enablement sessions to train sales teams on new content and messaging tools.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new sales team members, ensuring access to key resources.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve sales enablement tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Support sales leadership with content, market insights, and performance materials.
  • Design and manage training on sales enablement tools, processes, and strategies to empower teams and enhance client service.
Who you are
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or enablement.
  • 1+ years experience in business travel or corporate housing is desirable.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance.
  • Experience in high-growth, scale-up environments is essential.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM and other SaaS tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinking ability.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
