Job summary

Taulia is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support Account Executives, Managers, and Customer Success teams. You will translate strategy into execution, align Go-To-Market efforts, and coach reps to improve selling skills.

You will become a technology partner, quickly learning internal systems and enablement tools, with a strong focus on AI to optimize sales activities and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement or related strategic role.
• Strong business acumen with sales methodology knowledge.
• Quick learner with willingness to adopt new tools and AI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional GTM alignment with Sales, CS, Marketing and others.
• Own onboarding processes to improve ramp time and onboarding efficiency.
• Develop and maintain learning content including trainings and everboarding.
• Learn enablement tech stack and act as backup to the Highspot admin.
• Champion AI adoption (Claude, Gemini, Glean) to boost efficiency.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on enablement program impact.
