Dow Jones is seeking a strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Business Operations Team. You will drive the implementation and adoption of our global sales enablement framework, partnering with GTM and Operations to build scalable learning paths and pioneer AI-driven tools.

You will lead workshops and act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment with business goals and evolving market needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting B2B sales teams on a global or multi-regional level.
• Track record in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations.
• Experience building and scaling enablement frameworks from the ground up.
• Interest in AI tools to modernize the sales process.

• Roll out and maintain the global sales enablement framework across the B2B sales organization with regional tailoring.
• Design and drive learning paths for each product ensuring clear mastery roadmaps from onboarding to veteran status.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven enablement tools to automate tasks and improve content discovery.
• Lead dynamic workshops on sales methodology, product positioning, and GTM strategy.
• Bridge Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align enablement with business goals.
• Use data-driven insights to audit and evolve programs for an agile sales team.
