Dow Jones is seeking a strategic and high-energy Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Business Operations Team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, you will drive the implementation and adoption of our global sales enablement framework.

This role goes beyond training; it focuses on transformation. You will partner with GTM and Operations to build scalable learning paths, run high-impact workshops, and pioneer AI-assisted tools to sharpen our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales Enablement.
• Proven track record in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations.
• Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience building and scaling enablement frameworks.
• Interest in AI tools for sales modernization.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Roll out and maintain our global sales enablement framework across the B2B sales org.
• Design, build, and drive learning paths for each product in the portfolio.
• Integrate AI-driven enablement tools to automate tasks and improve content discovery.
• Lead workshops on sales methodology, product positioning, and GTM strategy.
• Bridge Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align enablement with goals.
• Use data-driven insights to audit and evolve programs.
