Job summary

NquiringMinds is seeking a Sales Director to lead the commercial engine across sales, business development and partnerships. You will own pipeline, revenue growth and major bids, working with the executive team to translate a trusted data and AI portfolio into repeatable wins.

Responsibilities

Own and grow the sales pipeline across our product and services portfolio.
Lead business development into government, defence and enterprise markets.
Build and manage strategic partnerships — technology partners, primes, integrators and channel.
Shape bids, framework responses and direct procurement opportunities.
Develop go-to-market propositions with product and engineering leadership.
Represent the company with customers, partners and at industry events.
Build and mentor the commercial team as the business scales.
