Apolitical is seeking a Director of Public Sector Partnerships to accelerate government-facing revenue. You will lead complex, multi‑year deals with ministries and government agencies, from qualification through procurement to contract signature, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer.

This hybrid London role requires proven senior-level government sales experience, stakeholder diplomacy, and the ability to build sustainable accounts internationally.

• Experience closing multi-year government deals or partnerships.
• Ability to engage senior government officials and ministries.
• Strong commercial judgement on pricing, terms and margins.

• Lead complex public sector sales through the full cycle, including procurement and contract signature.
• Build and qualify a global pipeline of government opportunities.
• Grow renewals and expand government partnerships across regions.
• Structure pricing and terms balancing government needs and margins.
• Contribute to setting regional priorities and account strategy with the CCO.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and identify commercial risks.
