phs Compliance seeks a commercially driven Sales Director to lead its national sales function, strengthen customer relationships and shape the next growth phase. You will set the national sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and own pipeline health, with accountability for profitability and forecast accuracy.

The role requires leading complex bids, optimizing pricing and discount authority, and leveraging CRM data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of setting and delivering sales strategy in a senior B2B role.
• Experience in service-led markets such as business services, facilities management or engineering.
• Evidence of profitable growth, better margins and a healthy pipeline.
• Strong judgement on pricing, bid strategy, negotiation and contracts.
