We’re partnering with an established, high-growth B2B SaaS business to appoint a Director of Sales as they enter their next phase of growth.
Following a recent multi-million-pound investment, the business is accelerating its growth strategy, investing in its product and technology, and evolving its commercial model.
This is a newly created leadership position with responsibility for defining and delivering the sales strategy, helping the business expand beyond its strong SMB foundations and build a scalable mid-market sales engine.
The Director of Sales will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and take ownership across new business, customer expansion, partnerships, commercial planning and sales leadership.
We're looking for an experienced B2B SaaS sales leader who has helped build and scale commercial functions rather than simply inheriting an established sales organisation.
Experience within regulated industries, document management, workflow or compliance-related SaaS would be advantageous.
Most importantly, we're looking for a builder - someone who enjoys creating new commercial programmes, testing new routes to market and putting the foundations in place for scalable growth.
The business offers flexible working, with its office based in Bristol. For this leadership position, the preference is for someone able to spend time in the office approximately once every two weeks.
This is an opportunity to join an established SaaS business at an important inflection point, with significant ownership over its sales strategy and the opportunity to shape how the commercial function scales.
