A leading manufacturer in building products is seeking an experienced Sales Director to develop and execute commercial strategies aimed at increasing market share with national and regional house builders. You will lead and mentor a small team, negotiate effectively, and strengthen key relationships. This role offers a competitive package of £70k-£75k salary plus a £10k uncapped bonus, family healthcare, and other benefits. The position is hybrid and ideally Midlands-based.

Location: National role, to be Midlands / Centrally based.
Products: GRP Canopy's, Dormer's, Chimney's, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds.
Customers: National house builders, regional developers and housing associations.
