Job Opportunity at 1Nebula:

The purpose of this position is to focus on outbound lead generation and prospecting to build a pipeline for Account Executive (AEs) and Sales focused Exco Members.

This role drives revenue growth for:

  1. OneView FinOps platform (SaaS)
  2. OneView TEM platform (SaaS)
  3. FinOps Service (Managed Service)
  4. Custom Development (Project and Managed Service)

What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities):

  1. Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
  2. Book discovery calls or demos for AEs by finding and qualifying potential buyers.
  3. Research and personalize outreach based on prospect pain points and business needs.
  4. Follow up on market qualified leads that require additional engagement.

More about You (Our requirements for the role):

Although we believe in the potential of others more than anything else there are some minimum requirements we would look for so consider these before sending us your application:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  2. 2+ years of B2B software and services sales experience
  3. Proven ability to meet sales quotas
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platform

Advantageous:

  1. Knowledge of B2B SaaS, IT services, or cloud computing.
  2. Experience using sales engagement platforms (Lusha, LinkedIn)
  3. Ability to run basic product demos.

Skills and traits:

  1. Persistent and resilient (handling rejection in outbound sales)
  2. Strong written and verbal communication for cold outreach.
  3. Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call scripting
  4. Self-motivated and driven to hit activity quotas (calls, emails, outreach)
  5. Ability to research and personalize outreach for high-value targets.

Remuneration package structure:

  1. Base monthly salary (50%)
  2. Variable OTE (On Target Earnings) based on quarterly SQL meeting booking targets (50%)
