Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business development and sales pipeline growth. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in high-paced environments and is passionate about engaging prospects, identifying new opportunities, and helping cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions reach the right customers.

The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales and has a strong ability to engage with stakeholders through a mix of cold outreach, relationship-building, and strategic lead qualification.





Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Initiate and manage outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to map accounts and identify key decision-makers.

Outreach & Engagement:

  • Craft tailored outreach messages that resonate with prospect pain points and communicate our unique value proposition.
  • Execute high-volume outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Follow up and nurture leads through regular, value-driven communication.
  • Outbound Activities will account for approximately 85% of sales strategies.

Lead Qualification:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, business challenges, and buying readiness.
  • Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline management approach, ensuring lead status is always up to date.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Report on lead generation metrics and insights to help optimise outreach strategy and conversion.





Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales in an SDR or similar role.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with a persuasive, consultative approach.
  • Proven resilience and consistency in outbound activity and lead follow-up.
  • Skilled in active listening and conducting effective discovery conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks concurrently.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong advantage.
