SDR role
We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and determined Sales Development Representative to join our highly motivated and results-driven sales team, based out of our Manchester office.
We’ll provide you with training, mentoring and development from our experienced sales team, as well as fantastic opportunities to progress your career (our AE’s all started as SDR’s).
You’ll be a person who is constantly learning, brimming with new ideas and truly passionate about the power of creating a great buying experience for our customers. You’ll be more than a little obsessed with exceeding targets, sales data, learning, and collaborating with others.
You should have good research skills, cold calling experience, copy writing skills, resilience, attention to detail, determination to win, be able to handle objections and confidently dive into social selling!

The Role - SDR
· Flexible working model - Remote working and Manchester office – 4 days in office, Friday’s at home.
· Work in an entrepreneurial new business-focused role
· Research prospects and map out targeted accounts
· Communicate with prospects and leads, to nurture them through the buyer’s journey
· Track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within HubSpot

·Degree level education - Preferable, not essential
·Experience in a B2B SaaS sales role - Preferable, not essential
·Previous sales experience - Preferable, not essential
·Results driven and goal oriented
·Intelligent with the ability to understand product complexities
·Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
·Passionate, confident, motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset
·Articulate, competitive and eager to learn
·The ability to manage your time and handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
·You must be a hands-on self-starter, with a passion and drive to grow your role and responsibilities.
·You must be confident in your abilities and be able to present and pitch your ideas to any audience.
