Role Overview

The Inbound Sales Development Representative is a vital part of our Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the Global SDR Manager and collaborating closely with the Sales Teams across EMEA. Your primary responsibility is to qualify inbound leads to generate Sales Qualified Opportunities, managing a range of leads from demo requests to webinar attendees.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Respond to inbound sales requests via phone and virtual meetings, practicing active listening to understand customer needs and qualifying leads using B.A.N.T methodology.
  2. Contribute to local marketing activities and build nurture campaigns to engage older leads.
  3. Use sales tools like Sales Loft, Zoominfo, and Microsoft Dynamics/Teams to manage outreach and qualify leads.
  4. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Re-engage older leads and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  6. Attend weekly coaching sessions and development meetings.
