About the role
We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. This is a commission-only role, perfect for individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and want the flexibility of working remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, introduce them to our services, and drive them toward a sales conversation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other lead-generation tools.
  • Outreach: Craft and send personalised messages to engage prospects and set meetings.
  • Qualifying Leads: Determine if prospects are a good fit for RunRemote's services.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff for closing deals.
  • Reporting: Track outreach efforts, responses, and progress toward goals using our sales tools.
