Kite Human Capital Limited is partnering with an established, employee-owned FX deliverables business to appoint a Sales Development Representative to its corporate and institutional sales desk.

This is a structured route into a senior sales career with exposure to the full sales cycle and progression to a 360 role with your own client portfolio within ~18 months.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in FX sales or business development.
• A proven track record in outbound and new business generation.
• Previous billing success within FX.
• Strong commercial acumen and a professional, client-focused approach.
• Ambition to progress into a full desk role.

This is a structured route into a senior sales career. You will work alongside an experienced partner, gain exposure to the full sales cycle, and progress to a full 360 role with your own client portfolio within approximately 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, build and qualify new business opportunities across corporate and institutional clients
• Engage senior decision-makers through targeted outbound activity
• Convert qualified prospects into sales meetings with a senior partner
• Attend all sales meetings and contribute throughout the full sales cycle
• Develop the market knowledge and client relationships needed to move into a 360 role

The Opportunity

• 10% lifetime commission on every account you originate
• A broad remit with no industry restrictions, covering the UK, Europe and Canada
• Exposure to both corporate and institutional clients
• Regulatory CF30 Dealers in house, so no certification is required

Requirements
