About the Role: Sitecore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our team of EMEA-based SDRs. The SDR Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales pipeline through effective leadership, strategic oversight, and mentorship. This role requires a blend of strong coaching abilities, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of sales development processes.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed their targets. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help team members grow their careers.
  2. Performance Management: Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.
  3. Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with overall business objectives. Continuously optimize and refine SDR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for SDR initiatives. Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with stakeholders.
  5. Regional Sales Alignment: Partner with EMEA sales leadership across multiple countries to support and drive overall regional success of sales initiatives and goals.
  6. Sales Development Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of sales development best practices and industry trends to drive innovation and improvements within the team.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and forecast future performance.
  8. Cultural Leadership: Foster a strong team culture based on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Encourage a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed.

What You Need to Succeed:

  1. 3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Highly motivated with a passion for coaching and developing junior team members.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools, preferably Salesloft.
