As a guide, candidates may be based near central hubs such as Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Chester, or Wrexham, with regular travel required across the North England and North Wales region.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will bring commercial insight and strategic vision to expand commercial growth initiatives within your designated region. In this newly created role, you will be joining RICS during a period of renewed focus and ambitious growth, playing a key part in shaping our future success.
This role is pivotal in advancing RICS’ strategic objectives through the development and implementation of a Regional Commercial Plan. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our reach, strengthening our partnerships, and increasing our impact within the region's market.

For full time staff, the standard working week is 35 hours, and we support flexible working arrangements where feasible, with a model typically requiring 3 days onsite.
