Outlook Publishing is an award-winning digital media company that publishes B2B content globally, with a dynamic product portfolio and client network. We're seeking ambitious Sales Development Executives to join our high-performing North America team and drive new business across key accounts.

As a Sales Development Executive, you’ll identify prospects, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships from pitch to publication, with full training and support.

• Own Your Market – Take charge of your industry vertical, building a steady stream of new and repeat business by identifying high-value opportunities.

• Start the Conversation – Reach out with impact via phone, email, video, and more — then craft tailored proposals that speak directly to your prospect’s needs.
• Close the Loop – From first contact to final delivery, you'll manage a busy pipeline, working with internal teams and external clients to turn ideas into successful projects.

Sales Development Executive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: City Centre, Norwich

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs, 11.45am - 8.30pm, Fri 9.45am - 6pm.

Salary: £27,000

Commission: Uncapped (£50,000+ Very Realistic OTE in Year 1)
