Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Lutterworth to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and manage orders from production to dispatch. You will update customers on statuses, prepare quotations, and coordinate purchasing and stock levels.

This role also supports prospecting, CRM management, and general office administration, with opportunities to gain experience across sales, customer service, and business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales administration
• Manufacturing or logistics experience desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident speaking with customers and resolving issues
• Bookkeeping or data entry experience beneficial
• Customer-focused with a willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email
• Process customer orders from production through to dispatch and invoicing
• Keep customers updated on order status and delivery dates
• Prepare quotations and re-quotes for existing customers
• Coordinate purchasing, stock levels and supplier deliveries
• Support prospecting, appointment setting and CRM management
• Assist with social media and digital content
• Maintain accurate customer and company records
• Provide general office administration and bookkeeping support
