Job summary

SO Resi, Beeston, Nottingham, is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working, with a salary of £29,025 - £30,553 per annum.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will handle enquiries across telephone, email, webchat and social media, guiding them through the home-buying journey while maintaining accurate records and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong telephone and customer engagement abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Desirable knowledge of the property sector, particularly Shared Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, webchat and social media.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the journey.
• Take ownership of enquiries and progress them to resolution.
• Provide information and guidance on Shared Ownership and SO Resi developments.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Accurately maintain customer records with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining high service standards.
