Job summary

SO Resi in Beeston, Nottingham NG9, is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor to join our busy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the home buying journey and delivering excellent service.

You’ll handle enquiries across phone, email, webchat and social media, provide information on Shared Ownership, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer service or sales support environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong telephone and customer engagement skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or knowledge of the property sector, particularly Shared Ownership, is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1LA (Free on-site parking)
Salary: £29,025 - £30,553 per annum
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll support customers throughout their home-buying journey, handling a variety of sales and marketing enquiries across multiple channels, while providing expert guidance and information on our developments and products.
