Job summary

CCF in Nottingham is offering a 12-month apprenticeship in sales support. You will build relationships with customers, use CRM systems, handle inquiries from first contact through invoicing, and learn product knowledge while working within a supportive team.

The role emphasises clear communication, strong organisation, and a professional, customer‑focused approach. Training is provided, with potential progression within the TP Group.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and work with the external Account Manager.
• Use CRM and Sales Hub to make outbound calls and generate new business.
• Manage customer enquiries from first contact through invoicing.
• Identify products to meet customer needs and offer alternatives.
• Achieve sales targets while managing discounts and margins.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing and availability.
• Complete all sales, cash and credit documentation accurately.
• Support stock takes when required.
• Follow health and safety standards.
