Job summary

Fortiva, a family-run manufacturing business based in Bolton, seeks a Sales Coordinator to drive North West England sales. You will be the initial contact for prospects, manage the pipeline, issue quotes, and keep CRM updated with high service standards.

Strong communication and organisation are essential to succeed. This full-time role offers £26,000–£30,000 DOE plus benefits, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and a health and wellbeing package after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an office-based, customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• High attention to detail with quotations and customer data.
• Proactive, solution-focused and able to progress work independently.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and reject setbacks.
• Experience with CRM systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for prospective customers across channels.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to understand needs and qualify leads.
• Manage assigned leads with follow-up and pipeline progression.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and supporting information.
• Maintain clean CRM records and hand over to Projects Manager for orders.
• Support targeted outbound sales and marketing activities.
• Escalate issues appropriately when needed.
