• Experience in an office-based, customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Comfort with quotations and customer data.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective customers via multiple channels.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and qualify leads.
• Manage leads and pipelines with consistent follow-up.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and supporting information.
• Keep CRM records clean and up-to-date.
• Handover to Project Manager for confirmed orders.
• Support outbound sales and marketing activities.
• Handle questions and escalate issues when needed.
