Job summary

Ethero is seeking a Spanish speaking Sales Coordinator based in the UK, primarily at the Telford office. The role requires coordinating with factories, managing regional sales accounts, and converting prospects into customers across UK, Spain, France, and Latin America.

Strong MS Office, ERP/CRM proficiency and willingness to travel are essential. You will support the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager with pricing, samples, orders, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories and the Sales Manager for prices, samples requests, and trials of material with prospects and customers.
• Manage sales accounts in the UK, Spain, France, and Latin America.
• Convert prospects into customers and liaise with other sales team members.
• Generate leads and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Manager on targeting customers in assigned regions.
• Arrange introductory calls/meetings and illustrate service advantages.
• Process orders from new and existing customers.
• Provide sales support for managers in Spain, France and UK.
• Occasional travel to meet overseas customers to understand the market.
• Send out prices monthly/weekly and follow up.

Job duties

Communicate and follow up with the factories and the Sales Manager for prices, samples requests, and trials of material with the prospects and customers.

Manage some sales accounts in multiple countries (UK, Spain, France, and Latin America)

Convert prospects into customers, liaise and coordinate with other members of the sales team

Generate leads and potential sales opportunities.

Liaise with the Business Development Manager re targeting potential customers in the assigned regions.

Arrange for introduction calls, introducing the business as a potential supplier and illustrate the advantages of the services and products.

Arrange for introduction meetings for the business development manager.

Process orders from new and existing customers.

Provide sales support for sales managers in Spain, France and UK regions.

Occasional meet overseas customers to get to know the market.

Send out prices to customers on monthly and weekly and then follow up

To be considered for this role you MUST:

Possess fluency in Spanish, French & English

Have strong Microsoft office proficiency.

Understand ERP and CRM systems

Have accurate data entry skills

Be self motivated to make sales calls

Be happy to travel in the UK and in Europe when needed
