Abri is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Home Ownership team to ensure seamless data, reporting, and administration across the sales journey. You will support valuation updates, customer inquiries handling, and system improvements to drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates will be adept with Excel, CRM systems, and data reporting, enjoy collaborating with a busy team, and pursue ongoing process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales support, coordinator, administration, or reporting role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A naturally analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reporting.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or business systems.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales data, ensuring information remains accurate, up to date, and reliable throughout the customer journey.
  • Produce insightful reports and analysis that support decision-making across the business.
  • Help shape and improve the systems we use to manage sales activity, customer enquiries, and performance reporting.
  • Keep property valuations updated across our development portfolio
  • Provide essential administrative support to a busy and successful sales team.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for records management, expenditure processing, and team support activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help enhance the way we work.

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Home Ownership team and play a key role in supporting the sale of our new homes. What you'll be doing
