Job summary

Automotive Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Sales Controller for Bromsgrove. You will deliver exceptional product knowledge, support the sales journey, and enhance the customer experience across presentations, test drives, and after-sales support.

We require a proactive, independent professional with strong communication, a full UK driving licence, and IT literacy. The role includes a Monday–Friday plus Saturday schedule with Sundays off, in the Bromsgrove area.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as the sole representative of the brand.
• Experience in delivering product knowledge and driving sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Forward thinking and driven attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and computer literacy.
• Understanding of social media and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with product knowledge and support throughout the sales journey.
• Present and demonstrate products using videos, online content, and face-to-face/virtual appointments.
• Provide a premium test drive experience tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure high levels of after-sales service and customer confidence in the brand.
• Stay updated on brand/news and competitor knowledge to inform selling.
• Collaborate with departments to plan promotions and sales campaigns.
