The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A full UK driving licence is desirable to cover territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the nature of the territory-based role.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and industry sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer support.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
