Job summary

Hawco Group in Elgin is seeking a Sales Controller to join our Volkswagen Sales team. You will be central in driving sales targets while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive showroom atmosphere.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for development. You’ll support the Brand Manager, monitor sales performance, ensure adherence to processes, engage with customers, and create action plans to grow sales

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Specialists in achieving monthly objectives
• Monitor sales information and take action to ensure all set targets are met or exceeded
• Ensure all sales processes are adhered to by all Sales Specialists
• Engage with customers during the sales process and professionally resolve any complaints
• Form action plans to increase sales for finance, accessories and insurance
• Maintain all financial procedures by daily checks on funding information
• Ensure a motivating and positive environment is created and maintained for the Sales Specialists
• Have a working knowledge of motor industry news, new models and competitor activities

Sales Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Controller to join our Volkswagen Sales team in Elgin.

As the Sales Controller in our Elgin showroom you will not only be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives but also keen to ensure that the highest degree of customer satisfaction is provided to every customer, every time. You will be key within our team of Sales Executives to maintaining a positive working atmosphere. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Brand Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Specialists in achieving monthly objectives
