Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is seeking an experienced Sales Controller for a busy Coulsdon showroom. You will drive vehicle finance product sales, supported by a Sales Manager and Head of Business, with a clear path to progression and an excellent earnings opportunity.

We require a proven background in selling vehicle finance products, ideally from a main dealer, and a positive, proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling vehicle finance products.
• Experience as Business/Transaction Manager in a main dealer.
• Positive can-do mentality and initiative, aligned with company values.

Responsibilities

• Sell finance products to customers within their budget.
• Support by Sales Manager and Head of Business with coaching and guidance.

Salary: £45k - 50k per year + Company Car per annum

Sales Controller Requirements

• Responsible for the sale of finance products to customer's budget levels.
• You will be supported by a Sales Manager and Head of Business who will provide coaching and guidance.
• Candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong background in selling vehicle related finance products and must have previous experience of working in a Business or Transaction Manager role within a main dealer.
• Attitude is important, and we are looking for someone who has a positive can-do mentality and able to work with initiative whilst delivering our values to both customers and colleagues.
