Job summary

Read Hyundai Boston is seeking an experienced Sales Controller to join the dynamic sales team and represent the Hyundai brand. You will report to the Sales Manager, combining selling and management to maximise opportunities from a loyal customer database.

The role emphasizes driving F&I performance and, in the manager’s absence, leading the sales team to achieve department targets while maintaining exceptional customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales controller role or similar position.
• Proven ability to manage a sales team in absence of manager.
• Strong customer relation skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Controller to join our successful sales team at Read Hyundai Boston representing the Hyundai brand.

As a Sales Controller, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and the role incorporates both selling and managing. You will achieve sales objectives by maximising opportunities from a long-established loyal database, which you’ll inherit on joining us. There will be a key focus for the Sales Controller to drive F&I performance in the department. In the absence of the Sales Manager, the Sales Controller will manage the sales team to drive departmental performance.

We place utmost focus on customer care, therefore, an ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with both customers and colleagues is essential.
