Days of Work: Tuesday (9am - 5:30pm), Saturday (10am - 2pm), Sunday (12pm - 3pm)

Key requirements

Essential:

• Driving license
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to develop customer relationships to generate business
• Knowledge of residential sales processes within the Scottish market
• Proficiency in IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Desirable:

• Experience with Reapit or similar database
• Knowledge of the Glasgow local market

• Follow sales systems and processes, including building relationships with applicants, qualifying inquiries, and recording information in Reapit.
• Respond to property information requests and match properties in Reapit to generate potential buyers.
• Arrange viewings and schedule appointments accordingly.
• Proactively present properties matching customer needs, both on-market and off-market.

Become an expert in Reapit and utilize its features effectively.

Support branch marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and customer reviews.

Engage in continuous personal development to enhance role-related skills.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with marketing, data protection, and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Maintain accurate data input in Reapit for reporting purposes.
• Adhere to filing systems and communication procedures to support excellent customer service.
