About the role

We are seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to join our busy Glasgow West End Sales team. The role involves being the first point of contact for enquiries, demonstrating knowledge of the local property market, and providing excellent customer service. You will carry out property viewings, understand customer needs, and maintain organized records. A passion for property and customer service is essential.

Key responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional service and meet personal and branch targets.
2. Follow sales processes, build relationships, and qualify enquiries using Reapit.
3. Respond to information requests and generate potential buyers.
4. Arrange viewings and follow up with clients.
5. Support marketing activities, including social media and customer reviews.
6. Continuously develop personal skills.
